Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites. In a larger bowl, mix the yolks with the powdered sugar, then add the melted butter, flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa and finally the milk. Incorporate with the egg whites, stirring with a whisk from the bottom up. The composition thus obtained is turned over in a tray lined with baking paper or greased with butter and put in the preheated oven at 180 ° for approx. 30 minutes (toothpick test).
Remove the countertop and leave it to cool until the next day.
We prepare the cream by putting chocolate, cocoa and liquid cream on the steam bath. Stir until the chocolate melts. Homogenize, then let it cool, recommended until the next day, when we place it nicely between the worktops (I didn't have the patience and time, so I did everything on the same day :).
For the icing, I put the ingredients on low heat until they are homogenous and I poured it over the cake. I wrote with melted white chocolate.
