My dears, I don't know about you but I have an obsession with pizza. I could eat day and night. And as I am careful what I eat, I have the decision to do it alone at home to be as healthy as possible.

HOW TO PREPARE RECIPE Homemade pizza:

1. Heat the oven, cut the mushrooms and heat them a little, cut the peppers, olives, sausages.

2 Spread the top in a tray lined with oil and flour. Beat an egg with a little ketchup and grease the top.

3 Add the rest of the ingredients and put it in the oven.

4 After 20 minutes, take it out and grate the cheese. We leave it in the oven for another 5 minutes and then we can take it out and enjoy it.

ELABORACION

  1. Dissolve the yeast in water. Add the flour and mix well with a fork or spoon. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let stand 10 minutes.
  2. After that time, and without kneading, we stretch the mixture from one end (we can spread our hands with oil so that it does not stick to us) and fold it over itself. We turn the bowl over and make the same movement with the other end.
  3. We covered with the rag and waited another 15 minutes. Then, we repeat the process of folding the dough on itself.
  4. Grease 3 balls or tuppers with some height and divide the dough into three parts. We leave them well covered with film, beeswax wrappers or the same lid of the tupperware.
  5. We keep the 3 balls in the fridge for 1 to 3 days. After at least a day, we can take out the dough to make the pizzas at the time we want. With these quantities, three pizzas come out, so if we only want to make one, we can store the rest in the fridge or freeze the dough if we are going to take more than three days to make another pizza.
  6. When we want to make the pizza, preheat the oven to 250º and take the pizza dough out of the fridge. We will see that it is swollen and that there is no need to knead, it is ready to bake. We prepare a baking paper and sprinkle a little flour so that it does not stick (little because we do not want to add more flour to the dough).
  7. We soak our hands in oil, place the dough on the baking paper and spread it with our hands and give it a round shape. It is a very elastic mass, so we will have no problems. If at first it costs a little and is tense, we have to be patient and leave it for a few minutes for it to come loose. We try to make it as thin as possible but, if we like, we can make the edges a little thicker.
  8. We spread the tomato sauce on the surface of the pizza without reaching the edges. If the tomato is natural and releases a lot of water, drain it well before adding it to the base.
  9. We slice the mozzarella cheese and spread it over the pizza. We can also take out irregular pieces with our hands.
  10. We add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.
  11. We put the pizza with the paper directly on the base of the oven (the floor of the oven) without the tray. This is the trick to make the wood oven effect. We leave it for about 3-4 minutes and lift the base a little to check that it is toasted underneath but without getting burned.
  12. We pass the baking paper with the pizza to the tray and place it on top of the oven for a couple more minutes so that the top is finished cooking.
  13. We take the pizza out of the oven, add some basil leaves and ready to serve.

La final scoatem si frunzele de busuioc din sosul de rosii, si il lasam sa se raceasca.

Dupa ce a dispit aluatul il asezam pe o suprafata cu faina si il intindem intr-o foaie de 1 cm grosime.

Il asezam apoi intr-o tava pentru pizza unsa si tapetata cu faina, si il ungem pe toata suprafata cu sosul de rosii.

Asezam dupa preferinte ciupercile si feliile de salam, apoi din loc in loc bucati de gorgonzola.

Mozzarella o punem ultima, din abundenta, dupa care dam pizza la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade, pentru 15-20 de minute.

Pizza de casa cu blat crocant se serveste dupa ce s-a racit putin, bineinteles daca aveti rabdare sa asteptati, mirosurile din bucatarie vor declansa papilele gustative :).
