The mayonnaise is being prepared. Gently heat the mineral water, add sugar, flour and yeast. Mix well, then leave to activate for 10 minutes.
In a bowl sift flour, add salt, eggs, lard, bellows cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Knead a soft dough that no longer sticks to your hands. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Spread the dough on the floured table with a thickness of about 3-4 mm. Grease with beaten egg with a little salt then sprinkle over the mozzarella given on the grater with small holes. Then sprinkle with ground cumin and cut into strips of the desired size.
Place in the pan and put in the preheated oven at 190 degrees C, until nicely browned on top. Continue until all the salads are cooked.
