A fit breakfast, as described by Gaby;) Thank you Gaby for the idea. Next time I will try smaller buns :)) Instead it is full and tasty!
- breadcrumbs 4 pieces,
- eggs 8 pieces,
- Rustic salami 50 g,
- Delaco sliced cheese,
- Delaco milk kernel,
- olive oil,
- iodized salt,
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Eggs pave bun eyes:
Cut the lids of the buns with a sharp knife.
Using a spoon, scoop out the core of the bun.
Put a little olive oil in the empty place and break two eggs each.
Sprinkle with iodized salt and freshly ground pepper.
Put the buns, in the preheated oven, in a tray with a ceramic layer, leaving them to bake for 15-20 minutes.
Shake the buns, add the salami strips and leave them in the oven until lightly browned. remove the buns again, place slices of Delaco topota or Milk core according to everyone's taste, leaving them to bake for approx. 3 minutes. Serve hot with a cup of tea, milk or coffee to suit everyone's taste. I assure you it's a hearty breakfast, which keeps you hungry until dinner;)
