My dwarf likes simple cakes, without much cream, and because the market is full of fruit, I chose to make this fragrant and tasty cake. You can also use other fruits, not just plums.

  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g ground walnuts
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 125 ml milk
  • 150 g coarsely chopped dark chocolate
  • 500 g plums

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cake with plums and nuts:

Mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Separately mix the butter with the sugar until smooth and then add the yolks and continue mixing.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon and add them over the mixture of butter and yolks.

Stir gently until incorporated and then add the milk. At the end we add ground walnuts and coarsely chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.

Pour the composition into the tray (25x35 cm) lined with baking paper. Place the sliced ​​plums on top.


Then put the tray in the oven, on the right heat, until it passes the toothpick test (~ 40 minutes).

Let cool and then we can portion.
