Because we like biscuit salami, I chose to make something similar but a little different.
- 600 gr biscuits
- 150 gr butter
- 400 ml water
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- esenta de rom
- 2 boxes of glazed cherries (400 gr)
- coconut for decoration.
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cocoa balls with glazed cherries:
First we grind the biscuits.
Put water, sugar and butter in a pot on the fire; when the butter melts, add the ground biscuits and cocoa. Mix well and add the rum essence to taste.
Let it cool a bit and then form balls inside which we put the cherries and put them through the coconut.
