Jamaica meets Italy in this powerful combination of rum, vermouth and Aperol.
- 1 1/2 oz Appleton Estate Reserve Rum
- 3/4 oz Carpano Antica formula vermouth
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 1 dash Whiskey barrel-aged bitters
- Garnish: orange peel
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir till very cold and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange peel.
