I poured the composition over the apricots and put them in the oven for 40 minutes, taking care to make them (the toothpick test) and not to be too dry.

I left it in the tray until it cooled and then I turned it over in another tray and portioned it so that the piece of apricot was exactly in the center.

It is a very tasty and chocolate cake.
The recipe also said that it can be served with ice cream and lime peel and I complied.

I prepared the dough as follows: I rubbed the butter cream with the sugar, then I added the yolks one by one, incorporating them lightly, then the sifted flour together with the cocoa and the baking powder and then the yoghurt and the chocolate drops. Separately beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then incorporate them into the dough, stirring with a spoon from bottom to top, then pour over the apricots and put the tray in the preheated oven for about 35- 40 minutes.

The cake should not be left in the oven too long, so that it does not dry out. After baking, take it out of the oven and let it cool in the tray, then turn it over on another tray and cut squares so that the apricots be placed firmly in the center.

For decoration I used mint leaves. they give very well and are also pleasantly fragrant.

Melt the chocolate with the butter over low heat.

Remove the cake to a grill and cut only after complete cooling.
